Interesting Roland Burris Factoid

He's great on gay rights, says Equality Illinois. Not sure I'd say that overrides the fact that he's a bit whacky and has an ego that's somewhat larger than the typical US Senator, as I'm sure Rolanda and Roland Jr., his two kids, would agree with. That said, it's pretty much a done deal, so I'm just glad that he's looking like he'll be good on some of the issues I care about. Maybe he'll make the place a little bit more interesting, to boot.
