Nonprofit Entities Shouldn't Be Able to Hide

I was genuinely curious to see the details of the Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Tufts Hospital agreement, but it's secret. Correct me if I'm wrong: aren't these two supposed nonprofit entities? Let's mark this on the list of reforms that should be made to all Massachusetts nonprofits. No secrets, especially on something like this, which could have a serious impact on patient care.
