If you didn't have to worry about private health insurance, would you be more or less likely to leave your current job?

With a July 29th self-imposed DC deadline, that's a particularly relevant question. An employee-based health system in America is, in many ways, a handcuff. Many people would change work or professions if they didn't have to worry about keeping their health care.
