Quoted in the Globe

It's from today's VoxOp, where they search the interwebs to find their favorite, opinion-gamut spanning quotations on relevant topics of the day. Here's where they plucked it from and here's what they quoted.
“DeLeo has not one, but two racetracks in his district - horse and dog. Is he suddenly going to backtrack on those two, powerful interests within his district? Don’t bet on it. DeLeo’s recent statements are just to shape the debate and help get the ball rolling.’’

Thanks to the Globe for the free press.

I'll return the favor: Here's an excellent Globe piece on Foxwoods that I've yet to cover on this blog. It really questions the intelligence of expanding when one of the world's largest casinos, just to our south, is threatening banks that it won't be able to make its debt payments. There's a lot of politicians looking for a quick fix, but is this really the time to be entertaining the question of building resort casinos? Read the article and let me know what you think in the comments.
