I'm With Kos

Couldn't agree more:
I'll take a Chuck Schumer-run Senate with 57 Democrats (bye bye Reid, Lieberman, and Lincoln) than a Harry Reid-run one with 75 Democrats.
Harry Reid could quite possibly be the least competent person alive -- and he's the #3 person in our entire government.

Quite possibly the only thing that could save the Obama presidency, in terms of crafting lasting legislation that will change America for the better (and perhaps getting Obama a second term) would be swapping the incompetence of Harry Reid for someone who's savvy and competent, like Chuck Schumer. Given that it's not even a secret that Schumer's getting ready to challenge Reid -- and that Reid's in very serious danger of losing in his own state, anyway -- there's, thankfully, a good chance Schumer is successful. Too many people, even in the Senate, are on to the fact that Reid's FUBAR.

Huh? Reid is number three now?

What did you do to Pelosi or Biden?

I'm not talking line of succession. I'm talking government power. The President is most powerful. The Speaker is marginally more powerful than Senate Majority leader, although, Nancy Pelosi is mountains more powerful than Harry Reid, who has the leadership skills and courage of a gerbil.
