Right now, state legislators just don't have their facts on this bill. It's based off of faulty projections and there's been absolutely nothing comprehensive done to attempt to get a scale of what slots would ultimately cost the system.
Whether you think casinos and slot machines would be good or bad for Massachusetts, this represents a sweeping and likely irreversible change to the state. It's important for us to really know what we're getting into.
