My only comment on Kagan:

I have very little confidence she's going to be the liberal lion of the Supreme Court I'd love to have, able to deliver the same sort of intellectual prowess from the left that Scalia and Roberts bring from the right, but damned if I don't like her.

Note to readers: Mike and I did a SCOTUS podcast last week. I don't think I liked her then as much as I do now. She's very fun(ny) to watch.
